When I was 10, the only school subject I was good at was Art. I could draw, better than anyone in the school. Thankfully this led me to a career of creativity. Though my adult life has been mostly about advertising ideas, I’ve always loved painting. I especially love painting people. Trying to capture the ‘feel’ of someone with brushstroke and color is an unquenchable journey. Most Sundays you’ll find me painting at home, with music blaring in the studio.
But the ideas person also never stops. Sometimes I have the time to actually produce those ideas, like the color-in book I made for my daughter.
Below is my latest painting project, where I painted 23 portraits of professors on actual wallpaper.
